UniJourney
UniJourney is an enterprise-grade multi-tenant CRM built specifically for study abroad and immigration agencies. It streamlines lead management, university partnerships, student applications, and document processing under a strict Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) architecture.
The Problem
Study abroad agencies struggle to manage leads, applications, documents, and team permissions across branches without risking data leaks between clients.
The Solution
Built a true multi-tenant SaaS platform with database-level Row-Level Security (RLS) in Supabase, a visual sales pipeline, secure document handling via signed URLs, and a full RBAC system scoped per tenant.
